Meng joined Northumbria University in March 2024 as a Lecturer in International Business at Newcastle Business School. She completed her PhD and MBA in International HRM.

 

Meng Xing

With a strong qualitative background, her research interests and expertise focus on Chinese MNCs in less developed and least developed countries. This includes market entry and selection strategies, cross-cultural management, and the impact of Chinese OFDI on affecting the mobility of Chinese migrant workers and the local population in Sub-Saharan Africa.
